Yelken Kalıp A.Ş. Has Acquired İTO Kilit

Yelken Kalıp, one of the leading companies in the door and window accessories industry, purchased the İTO Kilit brand.

Yelken Kalıp A.Ş., which has left half a century behind in the sector and produces under the Fornax brand, has increased its power in the sector by acquiring İTO Kilit, the leading brand of the lock market.

Making a statement on the subject, Yelken Kalıp A.Ş. Executive Board Member Nuray Ergül Bulutlar said that İTO Kilit’s brand and product rights and production facilities were purchased. Stating that they increased their investments in the sector with İTO Kilit, Bulutlar continued his words as follows:

“Yelken Kalıp A.Ş. It started its business with the production of sheet metal parts in 1969 and started producing PVC door and window accessories in 1990. Our company, which is growing rapidly, currently operates with more than 4 thousand product types. R&D has an important place in our investments. We expand our product range with innovative products developed every year. We are among the sought-after brands in the international market as well as in the domestic market.

We ship our products to approximately 70 countries. With our latest investment, İTO Kilit, we have expanded our product range in the sector. We plan to deepen in the lock industry. We will continue our production in our Esenyurt factory. We aim to be among the top 3 companies in the Turkish lock market by 2022. “Our investments will continue in line with this strategy.”
